Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your VUGZ gear as much as we do.
If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items not in their original condition
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Change-of-mind purchases
How to Request a Return
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product so our team can review it quickly.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect.
Note
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method once your return has been inspected and approved.
Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
