Worldwide Delivery

We proudly ship Australia-wide and internationally.
All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

Please note: international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once they reach your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless stated otherwise in the product description.

If your order contains pre-order items, your full order will be shipped once all items are available at our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery timeframes depend on your region and selected shipping method.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to customs clearance, postal delays, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding if this occurs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an item has been marked as “delivered” by the carrier, VUGZ cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation.
We’ll do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
